@Others: Thanks for all help but it seems to be just bugged for me. I made a report and will try it sometime later in the second run.
Did you zone into the tiefling area and kill them? I took me a bit to figure that out. Then after you kill them, she tells you to wipe out the druids. When you go back into the cove they are all out there.
