I think that most of them are a pretty good fit, except for maybe Shadowheart as an INTJ for two reasons: first, I don't think that a true INTJ would surrender their memories (and reasoning ability) for any reason, particularly one as emotion-based as belief in a deity. Secondly, she seems to have a lot of squishy feelings under a barely frosted exterior, and many of her decisions are based on gut feelings rather than logic -- despite what she might want to make you believe.
I think the same applies to Lae'zel. Her "The Githyanki are the only ones who can help us despite all available evidence" schtick doesn't really suit ISTJ. Nor does her "I like torturing because it's fun lalalalaa" personality.
