Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - General Ironic Item Placement (IIP)

There's a chest, in a nest on top of a pinnacle in the underdark that took me a long, long time to get to, (needed fly) and all I found inside was a middle finger, I think it might be a quest item.
