...Your point is that the non-painted body on the left is what she had now but that she should have a body texture reflecting her concept art, right? Just so I'm not assuming the wrong thing here.
Because yeah those would be good details, especially when it's featured so prominently. Could possibly be things they leave for late development detailing/finalizing though.
