I don't have those graphic problems, but I can't use the hotbar on my druid. I have to open teh character menu to use anything - what's up with that?
Try verifying your game files and see if this fixes the issue for you.
How do I do that?
If you're on Steam - right click the game in your library, click properties, select "local files" and then there will be a "verify integrity of game files" button.
With the GOG version, in the (optional) Galaxy client, select the game, then the settings icon at the top right (beside the Play button) and under Manage Installation select 'Verify / Repair'.
