When I equip the Rain Dancer staff I don't get the create water spell it has as a weapon spell. I have equipped it on my MC a Druid, Wyll, Gale and Astarion and no one gets the spell, am I meant to do something or meet some unspecified requirement to get the spell? I have the amulet that lets you speak with dead and that put the spell on my hot-bar for me, but I can seem to get the spell from the staff.
