Hopefully someone smarter than I can help out.

I haven't been able to play since patch 4 launched. The launcher will load, I'll click start game, then my monitor looses connection. (sort of). If I press the Windows button the game minimizes and my screen comes back. If I hover the mouse over the game icon in the task bar, I can watch it load all the way.

I updated my video drivers, tried uninstall/reinstall. not working...

but I did notice that when I hover the mouse over the, it shows game is running in 4096X2190. Out of curiosity I tried to change my own display from the 3840 X 2160 (recommended) to 4096X2190 that the game is currently on. My screen blanks out till the auto reset occurs. SO, I think its a simple resolution issue...anyone have any idea how to change the resolution settings in a game that wont load ?

Changing my native resolution fixed it for me. I wonder if deleting the graphicsSetting file would have been a quicker way.

THANK YOU SO MUCH, this is like my 3rd attempt at getting this fixed. I did just delete the whole graphicsetting file, game started right up

No problem! I'll probably try that myself if I run into this issue again too.
