Man, you guys really need to either warn players that the autosave does NOT work at all after the tutorial or fix it because man, this is frustrating.

yes, I know i can manually save, but I'm so used to games with decent autosave systems that I just assume the game is going to save at key points like fast traveling, resting, finishing a quest, etc. But nope, I've lost multiple hours because of my forgetfulness. Maybe I'm alone in this but it sure is frustrating.

Hi - not had any problems with autosave - not since day one & not since patch 4 - but to be fair we all have different PC set ups etc. I had to reinstall the game post patch 4 to get it to launch - but no drama since I did that.

Ya no problem with autosaves at all, check to see if there is any options for autosave.

There was certainly added few more spots for autosave ...
The problem here is that players are used to have autosave "after XY minutes passed" ... in BG3 it seem like autosaving is happening when you reach certain places. :-/ Wich can be both few minutes and few hours from each other.
