- Poison is probably a bot too OP
- What's going to happen to the monk ? (class balance)
Oops! Now you dun goofed! Hoped and prayed nobody would mention Monks and set Larian's cheesy mind in motion thinking flaming, flurry blows of fury would be a fun thing to have in the game, so to all hells with your 3rd degree burns, balance woes and pesky immerschions!

Seriously though, Monks are better off using monk weapons in the early levels rather than unarmed strikes. And this is an issue largely affecting low levels as there will soon be better alternatives (from 1st level if Larian realizes D&D has a lot to offer). Besides, the dipping mechanism is largely so micromanagement heavy to consistently use that almost everyone will quickly be bored out of their minds abusing it.
NOW - HOW TO COMPILE THIS INTO A CONSISTENT SUGGESTION ?
Who's trying ?
You do the honors. I think most people want dipping gone, except for arrows/bolts since these aren't immersion breaking. Immersive alternatives for all kinds of weapons, like oil flask coating (low damage, low duration) to alchemist fire flask coating (medium damage, medium duration). Make this a situational buff to enemy AI. You should probably post it in the appropriate forum and link to this thread.
