I have encountered two issues with companions so far, which were not present in my game in the previous patches:

Firstly, Astarion's dialogue after the first tadpole dream (where he is supposed to reveal that he saw Cazador) gets cut off abruptly before the player can pass or fail the Perception check. There aren't any conversation options or narration, the game just suddenly goes from a close-up of Astarion's face to the regular view of the camp.

Secondly, the goblins in the Blighted Village (specifically those that torment the Deep Gnome at the windmill) do not react to Wyll's presence in the party. There are no cutscenes with Wyll where he demands to know where Spike is, and the Blade of Frontiers quest does not update as it should.

I am interested to know if anyone else started running into these issues after Patch 4, especially the glitch with Astarion!

I have the Wyll windmill glitch, but was able to progress to the Spike confrontation and get his later camp dialogue. It is a new glitch.

I've always had Astarion not give me a chance to inquire about his dream when I talk to him after my fav companions. If you talked to him first though then it's a new glitch.

Yes, I was just about to update this thread to see that I figured this out! It seems that only the companion you talk to first gives you detailed commentary on their dream. All the others get cut off after one phrase. I usually talk to Astarion first, but this time I talked to Lae'Zel and she said
she saw Vlaakith
, which never happened to me before. I assumed it was a Patch 4 addition, but apparently not.

I don't think it's part of the game by design, and hope that we will get to hear *everyone* explain their dream in full after final release.

It's part of the game by design as far as I can tell. There are maybe one or two additional camp scenes where the order you talk to your companions in determines what and how much they say. It's either camp 1 or 2 in particular where if you talk to Astarion 3rd, he just says "I'm brooding," and nothing else.
