Well, a Raven is Tiny. Enlarge would make it a Small. Generally speaking, a mount needs to be one size larger than the creature it is bearing, so you could only really sue it as a mount if you were a halfling and were simultaneously under the effects of reduce, to make yourself Tiny, to it's enlarged Small.
