It's not a problem with Devil sight, but with Darkness itself.
Larian implemented darkness and obscurement in a way that disallows ranged attacks in or out. Wich is wrong.
They do this to imitate your lack of sight to the target. But it shouldnt disallow targeting. It should impose disadvantage.
From the same mindset they made invisibility as automatic hiding. Wich it's not.
That makes sense, if they just programmed the ability to target and then a check for devil's sight for disadvantage that'd probably solve it. And it'd make sense for the guy who can see to point it out to others.
