Suggestion: If we kill a companion, can their body not remain at camp forever?

I didn't recruit Shadowheart this time because her dialogue over-rides everyone else's and I wanted to hear the other characters' stuff (that's a different problem).
She came to my camp and threatened me, so I killed her.

So now her dead body is in front of her tent and won't go away. And I still get Disapproval from her, even though she's dead.

Is this because she can still be revived, if I wanted to revive her? (even though she never joined my party)

If so, could there be a point beyond which revival is impossible and the body disappears?

Just a suggestion. smile

Her dissapproval sits deep grin

But I agree, the bodies should vanish after a while - not just companions, dead enemies too.
And while I don't do that often in BG3 (did it a lot on BG 1 & 2 to split up companion combos and just keep the good companion), I would like to be able to get rid of a dead companion, who is in your group. I don't think, you can do that right now.

Nice one - I was planning on doing that one playthrough to see, what would happen. I wonder, if we will encounter a very angry Astarion somewhere in Baldurs Gate later on or if he will just vanish from the game.

Yeah, I had the same problem. Eventually I placed a bunch of objects around her body so I couldn't see it - including a nice statue of Selune - and just had to live with her ghostly disapproval.

But on a more serious note, I was annoyed that the bodies of the Goblin's that get killed in the first Grove battle disappear, cause I forgot to grab the gloves of power.

Too bad I had to kill Glut when he turned full asshole.

I should have kept a save where I rez Bulette, Minotaurs, and Phase Queen and go pay Githyanki patrol a visit.

I did a Druid playthrough the normal way, but usually I run to Glut asap.
The Phase Queen is awesome, but she loses her abilities if you save/load after raising her, and she gets stuck really easy without ethereal jaunt. The Bulette and the Minotaurs can't leap as far when raised. The Minotaurs' Charge can only target non-humanoids, and Relentless Roar loses its effect. The funny thing is, the meanest thing you can possibly raise in this game(at this point) is a tiefling child, like Arabella or Mirkon, that you put scrolls and potions on.
