I find carrots all around in the dungeon I'm in, and across the land. What can they be used for?

u can eat them but i guess they don´t push up health/mana so it happens nothing.

See Food effects link. According to that, carrots temporarily raise your agility by 1.

Drag and drop them on a bucket/basket, and you can sell them for around 10 gold, rather than about 2 by themselves.
