Is it just me or do concentration checks auto fail. There doesnt show any die roll to maintain concentration anytime i get hit, and concentration is always broken. No concentration rolls have seriously been killing using spells like flaming sphere.

It just doesn't show any passed concentration checks, so you're only seeing the ones that fail.

To be fair there are a lot of rolls that don't give enough, or any, information. Trap disarms, lockpicks, perception checks in some dialogues. It's very frustrating.

I agree
- Many checks are not shown in the combat log - On the other hand, failed passive checks should not be shown because the point of this is, that you did not notice something.

No concentration rolls have seriously been killing using spells like flaming sphere. I am with you, i put 140 hours into the EA since launch came back to check out the druid and patch 4 and the very first thing to happen after cast flaming sphere was i was a attacked a lost concentration. And this has been a issue for me at least from the start of EA, and i am sick of it. It is way to frustrating to go through the motions to set up a attack and the second the fight starts my strat is fucked because these are auto fail checks. Also the EA build is still plagued with performance issues so i uninstalled the game and i am going to wait for full retail release.

They for sure don't autofail. I suspect that they perform exactly as normal for 5e, but because they don't have the easily accessible crutches that attack rolls, advantage rolls etc have they feel worse.

As written before, the game shows only failed concentration checks.
It is still a problem that concentration breaks easier than it should be. example: - DnD 5E rules: a fire arrow misses you, nothing happens - BG3: The fire arrow misses you but it creates a fire surface under you. You take fire damage this turn and damage from burning the next turn.

The game does show a pass though, just in a very unhelpful way; you'll see the d20 progression icon over the character's head but it won't show you the roll or anything useful.

I might be wrong, but i thing getting knocked prone makes you lose concentration automatically because it briefly applies the unconscious status.

I had shadowheart lose concentration when I detached Lae'zel from the group. Nothing happened to Shadowheart (patch 4) And I also had her lose concentration when another member jumped in the room she was standing in. Also nothing happened to shadowheart (this was pre-patch 4) conc. never seems to last long. I used bless alot, now much less. Because I often found the bless effect had disappeared without any discenrible reason.

one in between I don't understand the concentration at all, etc. there is an easy guide to the rules when I look at the Ad & D rules 5 that kill me, there is not a rough guide tailored to BG3, at least the one who is really overdue, thank you if it is somewhere any help in this regard is difficult for beginners.

You make a concentration check every time you take damage. In BG3 you also lose concentration when you get prone. The purpose of concentration is that you do not have tons of spells active at once. In DnD 2E and 3E sometimes pre buffing took longer than the fight itself.

Worth noting, you also lose concentration if another effect is applied to you that then forcibly takes up your concentration - such as the resistance buff that is applied you form one of the magic staves you can get; if you're using that staff, then being attacked or taking damage at all, ever, is an automatic concentration loss with no roll or check, because the staff makes you cast guidance on yourself which supplants your concentration. Larian design at its finest.
Bonus points: 'Being attacked', for the purposes of this check includes anything that does anything to your character in any way, so, entering stealth procs the resistance buff, because you 'inflict' yourself with the 'stealth' buff. Yes that is literally how the game's underlying code works. Everything is an attack. Absolutely Everything.
