As written before, the game shows only failed concentration checks.
It is still a problem that concentration breaks easier than it should be.
example:
- DnD 5E rules: a fire arrow misses you, nothing happens
- BG3: The fire arrow misses you but it creates a fire surface under you. You take fire damage this turn and damage from burning the next turn.
And of course because the DC is a minimum 10, these tiny DoTs force a disproportionately difficult check. The game does show a pass though, just in a very unhelpful way; you'll see the d20 progression icon over the character's head but it won't show you the roll or anything useful.
