I am, in general, against incentives to pay or play a product before it is finished (be it exclusive crowdfunding rewards, Early Access rewards, pre-order bonuses) especially with those are not possible to acquire after game's release.
I think if one questions if their time with EA is worth it, then they shouldn't be playing early access.
