I figure part of the issue with Half Orcs and Dragonborn and other such creatures is that they have to create new models. They can't just take the models they already have and run with them. They need to make bigger, bulkier models and scaled ones for Dragonborn, and so forth. So I doubt they will be any time soon. Even the halfling model is a bit off. They look like they have human heads on small bodies. The proportions are a bit off, in my opinion, and need to be reworked. But then, that might just be my opinion and not really the point. I'm just saying, it was easier for them to create the races they have because they mostly have the same height, weight and build. Creating a Half-Orce and Dragonborn and such will require different heights, weights and builds.
