The automatic damage from fire. What feature in PnP allows a player character to deal guaranteed automatic fire damage to another?

You could argue that it would need a seperate action to ignite, but that's not a stretch to change whilst still "basing" the game on 5e. Like I said, the concentration issue is a big deal that needs addressing, but the damage isn't a problem to me. But concentration is also a broader problem in that it makes so many spells in the game useless due to conflict, multiple small damage numbers forcing disproportionately hard DC checks (minimum DC is 10), and going Prone putting you temporarily into an Unconscious state...
