1. Jump shortcut: this is the most commonly used skill out of combat (maybe also in combat too) and would be nice to have it on a shortcut

2. Camera level scrolling: the best example in the goblin camp or even in the githyanki fight when the enemy climb up really high and you have to try to climb with the camera to see the enemy, so that would be nice to have something like Shift + Mouse wheel

3. Shared health potion/food pool: you can put a bag on the hotbar and you can even use a consumable from a different character's inventory, but you have to open the inventory or change to that character who have the backpack on the hotbar. There could be a sub-inventory where you could put items there like food, potion, scrolls etc. there could be an option like the move to valuables in the inventory and you could also pick up items directly into that section

4. Faster combat: probably there are a couple topic specially for this, but more specifically the stuck enemies whos just wait in their position

5. Enemy action and bonus action in examine: with the higher lvl enemies it feel like they attack significantly more than the player character could

Why not automatic jump or running jump when needed, as part of movement? With Athletics or Acrobatics checks automatically when required. Why are those skills even there?

I don't like shared inventories in combat. I like to distribute items so that it's an actual choice who has what. We have Throw in combat to transfer items, too.

Eating while fighting to regain HP is just silly. That's what magic potions are for. And there's too much healing in the game. The beefy heal from Short Rest hardly even feels like a useful or necessary thing to do. I'd like to see the food items removed from the game entirely.

AI definitely needs to be smarter and faster. Can't they pre-calculate their moves on previous characters' turns?

The reason why not automatic jump is the double wield since the off hand attack uses the bonus action if you jump you can't attack a 2nd time.

But the inventory is already shared, and actually I never used the throw action in the game it could be useful only a limited situations I guess. So for example you could cast a scroll/use a consumable directly from an other characters inventory

That's true that the healing items not that useful in the current state, but if you look at the full picture maybe there will be some limits to long rests. And actually it could save your life the best example is a night raid in your camp, and on the other hand the small potion is 2D4 if I'm not mistaken but a big ham or pig head or whatever could heal you more not sure about the exact numbers. And I only use the healing spells if I need to like when a party member got down, since currently the most useful battle behavior is that you hit hard and hit fast.

Jump shouldn't be a bonus action. It should be a free action, but cost an appropriate amount of movement. And it should be untied from disengage, which should be a standard action hopefully.

Shared items: I'm not sure how your hotbar bag suggestion is different from the ability we already have to take from ally's inventories? It'd be the same number of clicks: once to open the bag or shared inventory screen, and then another click to use the item. Actually, your suggestion seems like more clicks if you first have to change to the ally that has the backpack. Unless I'm remembering wrong, and you can't (anymore) take items from allies in combat...?

+1 to jump shortcut, better camera, faster combat, and more info from examining enemies. The tooltips and explanations in BG3 need to be hugely increased. If there is ever an unfamiliar term, I should be able to hover over it and/or click it for more information. I'd like it if the information you got from examining enemies depended on a (nature? arcana? history?) check, where you get more information the higher your party members roll. You roll when you first encounter an enemy, and then again when you defeat them. The more you encounter an enemy, the more you learn about them.
