I had the Bulette appear and fly at me with the Minotaur in the way. It instantly killed the minotaur. The second minotaur then jumped at me and landed on the Bullette killing itself instantly. The Bulette then burrowed away. Not my best win but as I had literally spent hours trying to kill them in 'honest combat' I took it. They must be adjusting the encounter.
