I have quite long "black screens" after this patch, when there's a "cinematic" change of scene. A dialogue starts and the screen remains black for several seconds while the other party is talking. In the end, the scene will become visible, but this is quite annoying.
Right now I'm back in the early phase of a new game, so I already know what's happening. But if this were a new, unknwown conversation it could be a real problem.
