Some times my character passes a skill check, and I feel like I fail in real life. For instance, my character recognizes Jergel. I have no clue who that is. Sure. I could google it, but that pulls me out of the game. If knowledge checks like that reveal something about the world, it would be nice if those checks unlocked a codex entry with a brief description of what my character knows about this thing.
