Hey guys.
I keep missing things that my characters notice. That little flash that the items give is not enough, with a "point-click" game it may not get into view at all. And the strangest thing is, that if I return from a previous save to check it out, nothing is being triggered at all. That happened several times in different areas and I feel like I'm missing a lot, which bothers me greatly.
When the perception is successful, why not let the item glow until it's interacted with? Please consider this adjustment.
My heart will take me there, where my feet cannot...

That generally works, but I've made perception checks, spun around to see what I found, found nothing, and hit alt. Still nothing.

Hmmm. Maybe glitching then. Maybe report it.

Sometimes the check is not perception and is another check where your characters mutters what they know but it still is a bit confusing, I think having a better log could help so when know exactly what the check discovered or what our character knew?

They usually make comments like "What's this?" or "there's something there" - it's perception. But yes, I agree, all those checks are easily missed especially when you're on the move.

However, when I tied it in the Grove, where the discovery has happened, it gave me a gazillion red boxes, so I still have no clue which one was discovered. I think the glow is simple and convenient solution, no? They already have it, just let it last.

I agree. I've also had moments where one of my characters did a roll of some sort and was like "HEY! That over there!" and I'm just blinking at the screen like "Who what where???" Extending the glow until the thing is interacted with is a good solution.

Oh I fully support this. Finding that grey hidden button on the backside of a pillar after a perception check drove me crazy a few times. "I know it's in here... somewhere..."

Yes. Agreed. The glow tends to only last a few seconds.
Also, beware, they don't give you enough time really between a character discovering a trap and the trap getting you. It is like, dice starts to appear indicating a perception check, explode, Success, "Be careful. There's a trap!" Your party is half dead.

It would be also fine if items recently discovered via perception would be written with different collor in when holding Alt ... Quite few times i was searching the new item, just bcs i didnt realize that "satchel" or "bag" was not there just few moments ago.
I still dont understand why cant we change Race for our hirelings. Lets us play Githyanki as racist as they trully are!
