I was playing with a friend in the area under the goblin camp, what I assume is the Underdark. Essentially, there was one enemy left and our turns were shared. We both attacked at the same time, and even though the enemy died (a reanimated duergar), Shadowheart, whom I was playing, landed a critical hit. The regular animation played, but since there was no enemy the camera angle remained and I could not leave the animation or continue playing or save the game. I could move Shadowheart and interact with the world, but the camera would not move. My friend went to camp to end the day, and I got a black screen. The black screen remained, and I could still click buttons and menus, I just could not see anything. The day ended, but the screen remained. I left the application and I lost a bit of progress, but that's beside the point. Clearly since the critical hit landed on an enemy which no longer existed, the game imploded. Just a quick heads up to Larian to fix the glitch

Still enjoying BG3
