Nobody cares about the plight of halflings..sigh...
Edit: As it turns out I was wrong about one thing. According to the PHB the Lucky Racial would only allow 1 re-roll of a die - so in this case you would have to roll three 1's - to get a critical miss if you had advantage and Lucky.
