I've played every major RPG since NVN. That includes everything out of Bioware, Bethesda, CDPR etc. Nothing, NO game ever in the history of gaming has ever had a miss rate of magnitude. I don't expect to have a flawless hit rate, and I don't expect it to be DOS2 levels (I mean it'd be nice but it's not essential) but I would like to hit now and then.

XCOM is far better balanced than this is right now but I do understand that the two modern day XCOMs were released as finished games, not Early Access which is why I'm asking.
