I don't think the Larian devs tend to really comment on these reports, but I'm sure that they *read* them.
Well I was more referencing the fact that Halflings released with the EA and this is the first report of the Lucky racial not working.
If they were Dragonborn I am sure someone would have noticed. Halflings I think are the least popular race.
Sent in a bug report, raze said its a known issue that will be addressed in a future update.
Resolved.
