Trust me, it's not the first report of Lucky not working right, it's a topic that's been chewed over a few times since I've been here, and I and I'm sure many others have submitted their reports on it to Larian directly.
Also, I may have a personal bias, but take heart in knowing that a lot of folks care about proper justice and fair treatment for halflings. Folks care - it's just that that majority of their troubles were discussed in the early days, at great length and detail, and we've said as much as can be said... it was one of the most unanimously agreed-upon threads around in terms of volume of comments for versus comments in dissent... but we're waiting still to see results.
