I'm waiting for Larian people to start TEASING Patch #5 on twitter and then starting the two-weeks countdown for the public community update, followed by the actual patch MAYBE one week later.

Party control in Baldur's Gate 3 is a complete mess that begs to be addressed. SAY NO TO THE TOILET CHAIN
