Just started again and in the nautiloid. got to the part where you have to jump across a gap. the bar where the jump action should be is gone. no sneak, no jump, no dash no nothing.

I've tried reopening the game, tried reinstalling the game, tried making a new profile, nothing works. someone plz help!
