Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) General Can't reach some items.

I am currently in the Sewers and see loads of items ect in places that I can't reach. eg: in a river or mud pool or in a section of a lowered brick. Obviously I can't jump down and get them, how do you grab them..or can you.

You can manipulate and use objects at a distance with the Telekinesis skill (Way of the Wizard - Powers of Matter).

I'm not a wizard so that explains it.

But you can use wizard's skills, even when you are a warrior or a survivor <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

I know but I'd rather spend my points on melee or ranged weapons etc.

Sooner or later you will find an item that has the skill telekinesis on it, so you can just keep that item and equip it when you need to reach a hard-to-reach item. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Mage spell books can be bought (randomly) from Kistandalius or Blake in Ars Magicana and Corinna or Mpenzak in Verdistis (and others, less frequently). I maxed telekinesis with purchased spell books.
