Yes, this is my second time in stormfist, and I also don't remember being unable to lockpick last time. I wonder what happened, since this is on the same patch.
The only way to lockpick is to drag chests into the cellar with wine. There are about 1 or two cupboards that are locked, that I can't open because I can't lockpick them, or find the key.
I also can't use any spells or other skills either.
Thanks a bunch for the help, hopefully whatever is in those cupboards isn't too big of a loss.
