hey!

i have a lvl 15 wizard who has 5 skill points to squander.

is pickpocketing really necessary in the game, plot wise. i do see the "coolness" of stealing something you just gave or sold to someone, but is it really a necessity?

yes, very, wait tell level 16, and get level 3 withb pickpocket, then go get a barrel, empty, and drag it around until its right next to Tingalf, then open up the barrel, and then pickpocket Tingalf, and drag all the items into the barrel, then, after u have them all in there, u can then drag the barrel away, then get the stuff out of it.

at the armory guy's shop, run around picking evrything up, he will say, r u intrested, say yes, and it will go to the trade screen, then exit from talking/trade. and go to the next item, do that until all the items are gone, then put a barrel next to him, and pickpocket, tingalf will resupply himself every once in a while, getting u traps, picks, money, weapons, charms potions, and everything else. the armory guy gives u nice weapons, and like 20k in gold. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

You need 1 point of pickpocket to enter the thief guild.
You need two points for the quest of the plague victims.

But you can find or buy some items with point for the skill pickpocket.
It's interesting to spare some of your skill points.

I spare them, when i need one, i have like 20 as a buildup.
