Point 2 was basically already confirmed to be in the plans. Or at least so Larian claimed at some point, still unsure if something changed. Point 4 is also something that they talked about, even if TOR wasn't something they mentioned explicitly. They just said they are working on an UI "to make all party members feel part of the conversation", whatever that translates to in Larian terms.
