The point-and-click-dialogue reminded me of something I don't really remember happening in the game. It may be I've misremembered or this has already been patched, in which case disregard. Sometimes when you poke things Tav says "I heard a door open" or "Something just woke up down here" ect. The suggestion is this is randomised if someone is close enough to the source, so if Wyll or Shadowheart are close enough to that lever pull, there's a chance they'll make the remark instead.
