Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks can't pick up grail

Hi, longtime lurker, first post: I've been assinged the grail quest, spoken to the dwarf priest, have entered the Grail cave and walked through the portal door. I am in the Grail room. Some "Guardian of the Grail" says something to the effect of "who has disturbed my slumber? get the f*** out!" The Grail is sitting on a table. I can't pick it up! I suspect I'm supposed to pick it up then get attacked by the minions, and remain ready to slap them down when they do, but I just. can't. pick. it. up. Is this a bug? Level 35 warrior, BTW.

Did you try clicking on it or dragging and dropping it into your inventory? It can't be picked up by a single click. You must treat it like a teleporter stone. Open your inventory, click and hold your cursor over the grail and move it to your inventory. You should see it in the misc section of the inventory. Now you just have to deal with all the guardians. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devil.gif" alt="" />

try to kill the head guardian first, then u don't have that big guy there.

I ran around and got all the mummies in one room... then used hellspikes and they all died in a few seconds.. good xp.
