Well that did make me chuckle. Personally I know a few out of work Elven and Halfling actors who could have done the job.
Some of the faces are good, others not so. I assume the character creation will be expanded greatly eventually. I can’t get into the game if I’m not feeling how my character looks, as superficial as that may sound.
