It's funny but I don't dislike her as a person it's another problem for me, its about presentation. It just annoys me that she gets more attention. I could even enjoy her company if everyone at the party had equal time, and with Shadow it's not like that.
This is my biggest irritation with her. There is a serious case of "main character syndrome" going on with her and I don't like it. It wouldn't bother me so much if the other characters got the same amount of changes and attention, but they haven't. I personally find Lae'zel the most interesting character of the bunch and want to see more for her, but Gale almost feels shoehorned in with basically no reason to be there. It's disappointing.
