I don't feel any personal need to play at that level in early access, HOWEVER, I do think that it would be a very good idea for Larian to release it early so that they can evaluate level 5 characters vs the early game content. I expect that level 5 will make fights that seem really difficult now very easy, and this is exactly the sort of thing that their telemetry should have a look at.

As far as acts 2 and 3 are concerned, Larian's pattern in past games has been to wait until release to expose them... Both DoS 1 and DoS 2 released only the first act in early access. I would be very surprised if they change that practice now.
True about level 5, but I am still not interested in it in patch 6 as possible content. Well not that I cry if level 5 would be included in some stage of Early Access. There are reports that patch 5 made some fights more easy and it is at least more fast gameplay so if you die you can take load quicker and try again.
