This seems to be all over ther place with usable objects, containers off all kinds (also bodies as containers which are part of the world from start)
Seems its Levers and switches too.

I bet we get a newly rendered gameworld in some days with fixed positions. Not reachable is suggesting those things are out of the world area in the out of world map area.
