The jack of all trades bonus shouldn't apply there though, correct? Its only to non-proficient skills if I recall correctly?
Yeah, that's how I thought it worked. A couple things still need to be ironed out. The game probably can't yet differentiate between global bonuses that are supposed to be turned off if you already have proficiency.
