Yes they do ... and that chance is 100% ...that game will certainly include ALL RACES, CLASSES AND SUB-CLASSES FROM PLAYERS HANDBOOK.
Great optimism, but there's just no way they're going to include every subclass in the phb. Every race..maybe. That said, if it happens, wow, that would be insane.
