Honestly, I wouldn't mind if most the list is boiled down to Good, Neutral, and Evil with only a few having unique dialogue options because only those few are super relevant like Shar and Selune. Though I would like to see it include some odd choices like Demon Gods like Graz'zt or Yeenoghu.
They can function as warlock patrons, they don't really function as gods. the metaphysics and nature are sort of different. I think the only fiend-gods I can name off the top of my head are Lloth and Asmodeus
