I can see this going down badly...however ......we dont need a bigger party 4 is perfectly fine (ducks down under desk).....
The "need" is irrelevant.
If it was a matter of "need" I could probably go through this game with any party combination, including solo. The point is that some of us WANT it, because it would make the game better under several metrics.
