The voices should be much more distinct. I can hardly tell a difference between the two male and female voices we have.

Soft voice (elven-like)
Gruff voice (dwarven-like)
Posh voice (educated, higher class)
Peasant voice (less educated or less eloquent)
Older voice
Commanding voice (soldier-like)
etc.
