Weapon damage works as follows:

{the result of the weapon's dice that are rolled on each attack you hit (double if for critical) + the attribute modifier used to attack (strength or dexterity usually) + [1 or +2 or +3 (if the weapon has this enchantment +1/2/3 bonus to hit and to deal damage)]}.

Your attribute modifier is: {(your attribute value - 10) ÷ 2}.

example, if you have 16 strength, and your weapon uses strength, and your weapon has 2 6-sided dice as damage. In addition, she received a +1 enchantment. The computer will roll the dice damage and add +4 damage.
Minimum damage: 6. (1+1+4)
Maximum damage(critical): 28. (6+6+6+6+4)

but that's if you hit the attack, and to hit, there's another formula that uses another mechanic, if you don't know either, you can ask me and I'll explain too.
