Battle Master combat maneuver damage dice is not rolled twice when you score a critical strike, in the game's current state (patch5).

If it is a bug then it should be fixed. If it is not a bug then it needs to be redesigned so that the 1d8 damage die should be rolled twice when the attack is critical.

" If the attack involves other damage dice, such as from the rogue's Sneak Attack feature, you roll those dice twice as well" PHB pg. 196

What about Critdamage for the whole game, when i on purpose let my Eye taken by Hag or similar Volo and lose Critdamage.
As a Rogue depending on it to compete after level 5 with Great Weapon users, whole concept is a mess then.
What then?

I don't know what you mean. Maybe, you wanna elaborate.

Regardless, tho, according to PHB combat maneuver damage die should be involved in crit damage calculation rules. The rule is very simple and clear, all damage dice should be rolled twice. Rogue or fighter, it doesn't matter.

Crit dice is also not rolling right for other skills at the moment
