I dunno "where" they take it ... But im kinda glad they did, since it adds another aspect you need to take in concideration, in both your own, and your enemies positioning ...
But i would certainly not mind at all, if "advantage" as it is, was replaced either by quite realistic polonging the shooting range ... or by so often mentioned hard bonus +1/+2 to hit chance ... or both. :P
I still dont understand why cant we change Race for our hirelings. Lets us play Githyanki as racist as they trully are!
