After reloading a save, my entire inventory was replaced with white flashing numbers. I couldn't select, move, or use anything in my inventory. I forgot to take a screenshot, but I did come across someone with the same error on Reddit, so I'm linking their screenshot for reference:

I had to reload my save several times for this behavior to go away. I also swapped from Vulkan to DirectX--unsure if that helped resolve the issue. I was playing multiplayer with a friend using direct connect (I was the host), when this occurred.
